We have developed the shortest-path-planning system for route buses and railways called ”Bus-Net” in 2006 and have been operating the system as a web service in Tottori prefecture, Japan for six years. The log of the “Bus-Net” includes search conditions of routes and timetables that consist of start-point, destination-points, and a departure time. We developed users’ behavior analyzer for a public transit navigation system like “Bus-Net” to improve a usability of the system and route-bus service. We investigate the distribution of usage counts for each landmark, departure time and some to analyze the trends of the users’ movement plan on the “Bus-Net”
